A virtual office offers a solution: you mention our address on your website and business cards, and have your business mail delivered to our location in Volendam. We send the mail weekly (on Saturdays) to your private address. Part of our postal processing service is our scanning service:


  • We open your mail and email it daily to an email address of your choice.
  • If you would rather not have us open your mail, we will scan the envelopes and you can decide for yourself whether we forward the mail directly to your private address or whether the mail is sent with the weekly mail round.
  • If you are going on holiday: let us know in advance and we will hold the mail until you return home.


Our mail scanning and forwarding service is included in our packages.
